Icing sugar: 200g
Protein powder: 9g
Warm water: 27g
Step 1.Mix powdered sugar and protein powder evenly
Step 2.Pour the warm water slowly and use an electric whisk to whip until it is fluffy and whitish
If the frosting is too thin, you can add a small amount of powdered sugar to control the consistency. If the frosting is too dry, add a small amount of lemon juice to make it thin.
